A mother loses one of her two sons during Mother's day weekend over what allegedly was a dispute over a cheeseburger. 28- year-old Nicholas Middendorf was pronounced dead on scene. Police say Nick was shot by his 25-year-old brother, Benjamin Middendorf, with a gun after getting into an argument. He is charged with homicide and being held on no bond.
