Dorian Johnson, 26, was held at gunpoint by police officers in California after being racially profiled by a T-Mobile employee who falsely accused him of burglary. His uncle, Vincent Lemar captured a video showing him laying on the sidewalk with his arms spread out. Johnson can be seen crawling as police point a gun towards him. Officers detained Johnson and Vincent but no arrest was made when it turned out they had been falsely accused. Johnson and Vincent told police they had no intentions of stealing. Posted By Persist

But now, that man has been charged with filing a false police report â€” as police sources told the New York Post that the manâ€™s story was full of holes.The man, 41-year-old Steven Sampson, said he saw what the Post identified in its original account as â€œfour menacing thugsâ€� at Bronx intersection just after midnight. Heâ€™d pulled over and gotten out of his car to sort gifts, as he was en route to a Christmas party. Then, Sampson claimed one of the men said â€œHey, Cracker!â€�

On Saturday, the blockbuster hit passed up James Cameron's 1997 epic Titanic to become the third-highest-grossing US movie ever. Although exact studio estimates were not available at press time, Black Panther didn't have to do much on Saturday to nab the record. A Black woman and her son were terrorized by a group of racist thugs who ran her vehicle off the road, yelled racial slurs and then smashed the windows. "They tried to run us off the road saying, â€˜You n*gger, get the f*ck out of our country,â€™ and we were like distraught because we didnâ€™t know exactly what was going on," said Natia Shim. Shim was on her way to help her son fill out job applications because he was preparing to graduate from high school soon. Thatâ€™s when all hell broke loose. Shim and her 17-year-old son feared for their life as they drove in Upstate New York and were ambushed by a green truck that rammed into their car. All he kept saying was, â€˜Mommy, theyâ€™re going to kill us, theyâ€™re going to kill us,â€™ and Iâ€™m just sitting there like, â€˜Just go,â€™ and Iâ€™m ducking down in the seat,â€� Shim explained. The truck cut them off and three men and two women got out and started slamming Shimâ€™s vehicle with a bat and a frying pan, smashing the windows and denting the car.
