When we go to the gym, we have a goal when exercising either to gain muscle, lose we,build endurance, etc. The spiritual meaning behind this song is the same thing but except exercising your faith, building your spiritual man, building your spiritual endurance. Some in the gym may use a certain substance even if it's organic but we know our true substance is the word of God. None of US, including myself as you can see, are perfect but that's what we're trying to build is our perfection in God and Christ.

Bronny James suffered cardiac arrest while practicing at USC on Monday. LeBron James confirmed the scare involving his son as he prepared for his first season with the Trojans in a statement to TMZ. “(Monday) while practicing Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest,” the James family said. 
“Medical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update media when there is more information.” Bronny was rushed to the hospital after a 911 call was made at 9:26 in the morning from the Galen Center, where USC practices.
