A Pasco County Sheriff's deputy accidentally shoots herself in the finger while defending herself from a pit bull attack. The deputy was initially responding to a report of a dog attack in the area. When she arrived on scene the dog charged at her, at which point she fires two shots. One of the bullets grazed her finger while the other bullet struck the dog, killing him.
