FLORISSANT, MO - Two weeks after a brutal attack on a convenience store clerk in Florissant, a 17 year old is now in custody. Thursday night, we showed you the shocking surveillance video of the beating. Jim Barnes, 71, is still sore from the beating that happened at a Mobil gas station, but is thankful that his attacker is finally behind bars.

Joseph Hill, 17, was arrested Friday in St. Louis County. At this point he's only charged with Second Degree Robbery for stealing a pack a cigarettes after the beating that was caught on surveillance video.
