HOUSTON – A Houston restaurant employee is accused of sticking his genitals into open food items at a Harris County restaurant and possessing several videos of child pornography on his cellphone, according to charging documents. Othello Larenzo Holmes, 27, has been charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and indecent assault. The investigation was launched on April 4 after a Harris County deputy arrived at the restaurant in downtown Houston to meet with the restaurant’s manager. The manager showed deputies a video of Holmes placing his penis into open food items at the location, records show. Holmes reportedly confessed to putting his genitals in jelly, stating “he had a sexual urge, however, he stopped himself before he ejaculated.” He also admitted to having these urges frequently and has a history of sexual offenses, saying he has a problem with these sexual urges and needs help, records show. It was not clear from the documents if this was Holmes’ first time allegedly contaminating the food with his genitals. His debut single â€œFlorida Waterâ€� was released this week. While technically FN Meka is voiced by a human, everything else about his music is based in A.I.

"A 10-year-old Florida girl shot and killed a woman who had gotten in a fight with her mother, authorities said Monday.

The girl and her mother were taken into custody Monday night following the fatal shooting of Lashun Rodgers, 41, outside an apartment complex, according to a news release from the Orlando Police Department.

The girl was released into the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families. The girl's mother, Lakrisha Isaac, 31, was arrested on charges of manslaughter by culpable negligence, child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Isaac and Rodgers began fighting late Monday and Isaac handed her daughter a bag that contained a gun. The girl took the gun out of the bag and fired two rounds, according to police.

Any charges for the girl will be decided after a review by the State Attorney's Office, Orlando Police Department said.

Online court records showed no attorney for Isaac. Records showed she remained in jail Tuesday afternoon." - Orlando News

Jack Harlow was feet away from what turned out to be a fatal shooting in Kentucky this weekend -- and TMZ's got video of the moment shots were fired ... and Jack scrambling. 
 
The rapper -- who hails from the Louisville area -- was partying at a place in town called Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge ... which was throwing a shindig in honor of the Kentucky Derby, something Jack himself had attended earlier in the day Friday. 
Later that night, he stopped in at Ultra Lounge ... where he was filmed vibing out near the stage. Check out the video though -- it looks like an altercation unfolds with a woman and at least one man ... who then start leaning into each other before falling over in a scuffle. 
 
Right at that moment, you hear what sounds to be a gunshot go off ... and everyone starts making a run for it, including Jack. It doesn't appear he was injured -- but we got calls in to his rep to make sure. 
 
While it's unclear what exactly led up to the violence or who shot ... it sadly ended with someone losing their life. Police have said a woman was found dead from the shooting and a man was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
