Surveillance video captured the shocking moment that took place around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.

A woman crossing New Main Street was struck by a car and knocked to the ground.

A Florida man thought this was a Metal Gear Solid game with the box on his head while he tried to rob a store. The store’s owner, Jeremias Berganza, said the man shattered the store’s glass displays and stole 19 iPhones, along with $8,000 in cash. In total, the loss was worth $15,000. However, as seen in the video, the box fell off the suspect’s head, showing his face in full view of the camera. Police identified the suspect as Claude Vincent Griffin, 33. UFC fighter Jordan Williams whooped a dude's ass with violent knee strikes after he says the guy tried to steal his whip -- and the whole incident was caught on video.

The 30-year-old MMA star says it all went down on Wednesday ... when he claims a man tried to steal his ride right out of a convenience store parking lot.

Williams says the scene was captured on surveillance video ... claiming you can see in the footage a man got into his car while he was inside the store and then tried to drive off.

The video appears to show Williams confronting the guy before he got too far, though ... with the footage showing him ripping the man from the ride while kneeing him in the face.

In the clip, you see the man appears to run off while holding his head.

Williams says he could have made things even more violent ... writing on his social media page, "Wish I would of hit him with the trip after the clinch work when I tossed him out of the whip and finish off with some ground and pound."

Kashaan Parks, 39, who has five prior arrests, is the suspect sought in connection to the May 1 attack near 152nd Street and Third Avenue, according to NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny.

The 45-year-old woman was walking down the street when a suspect came up from behind and looped the belt around her neck, the viral video shows. The man, who covered his face with a white towel, then used the belt to pull the passed-out woman several feet along the sidewalk and into the street between two parked cars, the video shows. Police said the suspect then raped her.

A possible prostitution deal may have sparked the violent assault, according to Kenny.

A Utah man is suing his public defenders after he says they schemed to get an arrest warrant to put him in jail.

The lawsuit stems from a hearing in March 2018, where Luis Sanchez was scheduled to be in court for charges alleging he drove drunk more than three years prior.

Sanchez was supposed to be there at 9 a.m., but he alleges in a lawsuit filed recently in 3rd District Court that his court-appointed attorneys, Daniel Torrence and Heather Chesnut, called his case early â€” at about 8:45 a.m. â€” so that a warrant would be issued for his arrest.

â€œLetâ€™s call it and get a warrant,â€� Torrence whispers to Chesnut, according to a video of that day in court. â€œIs it time? 8:40. OK. Four minutes. 8:45.â€�

After a few minutes, the attorneys stand at a podium and tell the judge they are ready to go on Sanchezâ€™s case. But because he wasnâ€™t there, a warrant for his arrest was issued.

Sanchez said in an interview that he thought the public defenders wanted him in jail because he had wanted to challenge the charges.

â€œFrom the beginning, they didnâ€™t want me to fight the case,â€� he said. â€œThey were pressuring me to plead guilty. At one point, I had to file my own motions.â€� Posted by Abdul
