"A Brooklyn teenager won $1,000 a week for life in 
a New York Lottery scratch-off game.

18-year-old Robert Salo of Brooklyn, New York was 
presented a $1,000,000 over-sized prize check 
today. Lottery officials said he bought his "Win 
for Life" ticket at Coney Island Convenience, a 
local store, on May 14th.

"It's like you're in a dream. It's honestly like 
you don't know if it's real or not and then 
reality hits you later on," said Salo after being 
presented his prize check.

Salo is guaranteed to receive a minimum payment of 
$1,000,000 over 20 years. After 20 years, he will 
receive a check for $52,000. Salo said he plans to 
fulfill his dream going to college and pursuing a 
career in engineering.

He's 1 of several winners from Brooklyn, Queens 
and Long Island getting their ceremonial checks on 
Tuesday morning.

A total of $7 million in prizes was set to be

Grown Man Tosses Child Like A Rag Doll During Heated Confrontation In Supermarket! 

n days before his 16th birthday, Kalief Browder was arrested in the Bronx on charges of stealing a backpack. Browder would spend the next three years at Rikers Island, New York Cityâ€™s massive jail complex, awaiting trial. He spent two of those years in solitary confinement. His case was eventually dismissed.

Internal surveillance videos obtained by The New Yorker show that Browderâ€™s time awaiting trial in prison was treacherous. One video, from 2012, shows a guard slamming Browder to the ground while he is handcuffed. The guard had approached Browderâ€™s cell to escort him to the shower. â€œI just felt [the guard] tighten a grip around my arm,â€� Browder told The New Yorker after watching the footage for the first time. â€œIn my head, I was wondering why he tightened it so tight, like he never usually does, and thatâ€™s when he swung me and kept trying to slam me.â€�
 A second clip, from 2010, shows Browder at 17 years old being beaten by a group of fellow inmates at Rikerâ€™s adolescent facility.
 According to The New Yorker, Browder was assigned to a housing unit ruled by a gang. Browder, who was not a gang member, says a gang leader spit in his face. Browder tells The New Yorker he felt he needed to retaliate or else be continually spat on. That night, Browder punched the inmate who spit on him. Moments later, footage shows about 10 other inmates beating Browder for an extended period of time. Posted By PSmooth
