A science teacher shows how much sugar is in a fizzy soda drink, by boiling away all the water and leaving the unhealthy residue behind.
After about 2 hours and once all the water had evaporated, the sugar caramelised into toffee. With further heating, the sugar carbonised, turning black and puffing like a dragon.
By using the before and after weights, the Teacher was able to determine that there was at least 50 grams of sugar in the 600 ml drink. Posted By Ghost
