A Florida lawyer is being charged with having sexual relations with a female inmate while in a private room of a jail that's normally reserved for attorneys to meet with their clients. Andrew Spark is also being accused of soliciting sex from another jailed woman. He allegedly offered to put money in her commissary account and told her he was filming the sex acts for a porn video called "Girls in Jail."
The 54-year-old was arrested Sunday on a felony charge of introduction or possession of contraband in a county detention facility and misdemeanor charges of solicitation for prostitution and exposure of sexual organs, according to arrest reports obtained by the Tampa Bay Times. He could face more charges as the investigation continues. Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri announced in a press conference Monday that the lawyer may have done these acts with multiple women in different county jails in the Tampa Bay and central Florida areas.
