A lawsuit alleges the "auto-present" car door handles of the Tesla Model S contributed to the death of a man who died in fiery crash. Omar Awan was driving a leased Tesla in South Florida when he lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree. The complaint, filed by Awan's family, alleges a responding police officer and bystanders were unable to open the car door because its handles were retracted. "A Southwest Florida teenager, who made national headlines for buying her first home, just finished buying the second.

The new landlord on the block in Port Charlotte is 15-year-old Willow Tufano.

"I'm so glad that we finally have it," Tufano said.

She just bought a house on Gerard Court for $19,000 as an investment. Monday, they began remodeling.
