Graham, TX — On Thursday June 26, 2018 Graham Police officers were sent to a report of a man in the alley throwing rocks at a residence in the 900 block of Texas. The Young County Dispatcher, who receives and dispatches all calls for service for the city and county, had been informed by the caller that the subject in the alley was, as she described “not all there”, but this information was not passed on to the responding officer.
