A unique phenomenon showing colourful iridescence formed on a pileus cloud appeared in Puning City in south China's Guangdong Province. At first glance it looks like a rainbow, but it's actually a cloud.
 
The colourful cloud was annex to a huge cumulus cloud. The spectacular colours of this phenomenon were further enhanced by the picturesque setting of Puning City. 
 
Pileus, sometimes called cap clouds or scarf clouds, are smooth clouds that form atop a growing cumulus or cumulonimbus cloud. 
The stunning video was shared by Science Girl on Twitter. "A spectacular Iridescent pileus cloud," reads the caption on the post.

Justin Johnson is wanted for First-Degree murder, Criminal Attempt-First Degree Murder, and Theft of Property valued between $10,000-$60,000. The U.S. Marshals, Memphis Police Department, Crime Stoppers, and the TBI are offering a combined $15,000 for information leading to Justin Johnson's arrest. "Baltimore City is moving forward with a program that will sell some vacant homes for just $1.

Wednesday morning, the Board of Estimates approved the program, but not everyone was on board.

City Council President Nick Mosby succeeded in getting the board to defer the item two weeks ago after detailing his concerns. But the spending board passed the new pricing structure in a four-to-one vote with Mosby as the lone "No."

More than 13,000 homes in Baltimore are vacant. The city owns close to 1,000 of them. Individual buyers and community land trusts are eligible to buy the city-owned vacant houses for $1. Small nonprofits can purchase the homes for $1,000. Developers and larger nonprofits would need to pay $3,000.

The hope is that area residents will buy the vacant homes or lots, fix them up and live in them. Mosby argued that without specific written protections, city residents won't be given priority in buying the properties, and they will be pushed out when neighborhoods improve.

"I did agree with a lot of the president's concerns about the problems that we're facing in terms of affordable housing and in some places, gentrifying of neighborhoods. I think the disagreement here today was, this is not the vehicle that's going to address a lot of those concerns," comptroller Bill Henry said." - WBALTV | 

Baltimore City Approves Program To Sell Vacant Homes For $1!

Trey Songz found himself in the middle of a physical altercation with a police officer during the KC Chiefs' game, and fans who witnessed it say the cop was way out of line. TMZ obtained this video from Arrowhead Stadium Sunday, which at first, shows Trey and the officer in a struggle. Trey connects a punch with the officer's head, and gets him in a headlock, but then the officer pins Trey to a seat. 
A witness told TMZ the whole thing started when Trey was being heckled by some fans a few rows behind him and he asked them to chill out. We're told the officer approached Trey, and without warning, went after him. The witness says Trey was totally caught off guard when the officer got physical, and started to defend himself. 
You can hear fans throughout the video shout at the officer, telling him to get off Songz until additional officers arrived. Fans were yelling for the officer to be arrested.
