2014 WSHH Skid Row Christmas Giveaway In Downtown Los Angeles Hosted by LL Cool J
On Friday, December 18th The WorldStarHipHop Foundation along Lee “Q†O’Denat, will once again help residents of Skid Row during the holiday season by giving
away over 1000 care packages, free haircuts, and food. O’Denat will be joined by Ty Dolla $ign, DJ Mustard, and Kid Ink to lead the giveaway effort.
“It’s important to WorldStarHipHop to be able to give back,†said Q, founder and CEO of
WorldStarHipHop, “We are well aware of the homeless issue in Los Angeles and hope that with
this program we are able to help those in need.â€
Each participant will be able to receive a giftbag containing a basic
survival kit (toothbrush, bar soap, shampoo & body bath, stick deodorant, shave cream),
blankets, hand warmers, anti-bacteria essentials, beanies/gloves/scarves, and a
complimentary Christmas gift bag, and other items. In addition, the foundation has partnered
with the Los Angeles Barber College, which will have barbers offering first-come-first-served
haircuts from 8:00 am to 10:00am and Subway Restaurants, who will be
donating 1,000 sandwiches.
