On August 07th, at around 8:00 pm, an officer with Santa Fe Police Department in New Mexico was on patrol when he saw a green vehicle with no license plates attached. The officer then pulled the vehicle over and spoke to the male driver, who had no driverâ€™s license.

There was a night of fury when a woman destroyed a luxury car with a fire extinguisher in the city of Santa Fe, revealed a stormy relationship with a man 30 years older than her who, at that moment, was unconscious in an apartment of the adjoining building. 
 
The aggressor, identified as Yesica MarÃ­a Andrea Aput MartÃ­nez, 37, was arrested after breaking the BMW car of her alleged lover and later starring in a major scandal at the police station, where she attacked and injured a police officer and broke a computer. 
 
The man who owned the truck was identified as RaÃºl Berizzo, 67, a criminal lawyer. 
 
The entire sequence of the attack was recorded in a video filmed by a neighbor, which quickly went viral on social networks. 
 
The woman forced the doors of the BMW open, then dented the hood, smashed the optics and pulverized the rear-view mirrors. In addition, at one point he climbed on the roof of the vehicle and continued to break everything, according to the Aire de Santa Fe website. 
 
The police report of agent Mariano MatÃ­as who appeared at the scene affirmed that the woman â€œseemed to be under the influence of alcohol and / or narcotic substancesâ€�, and had â€œminor injuries to her hands due to the blowsâ€� against the vehicle. 
 
After opening the door of the apartment, the police and the victimâ€™s children found â€œRaÃºl Berizzo in an unconscious state, with signs of having defecated on himself, and with a kind of white foam in his mouth.â€� 
 
After calling the emergency medical service, the doctors diagnosed that â€œthe state of unconsciousness was due to a drug intake and that it would be stable.â€� For this reason, he was transferred to the CullÃ©n Hospital, in the provincial capital. Posted by JR

"The House of Representatives passed a measure on Friday automatically registering men aged 18 to 26 for selective service.

It was part of the annual National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which sets out the U.S. government’s military and national security priorities over the next fiscal year.

This year's NDAA authorizes $895.2 billion in military spending, a $9 billion increase from fiscal 2024.

While it hasn’t been invoked in over half a century, it’s mandatory for all male U.S. citizens to register for the selective service, also known as the military draft, when they turn 18. Failure to register is classified as a felony and comes with a host of legal challenges.

Supporters of the amendment argue that it would cut down on bureaucratic red tape and help U.S. citizens avoid unnecessary legal issues, as well as cutting down on the taxpayer dollars going toward prosecuting those cases.


It was led by Rep. Chrissy Houlahan, D-Pa., and passed in the House Armed Services Committee’s version of the NDAA in May. The NDAA advanced through the committee in an overwhelming 57 to 1 vote.

MCKEESPORT, Pa. (KDKA) â€” A 77-year-old man is facing charges after police say his 5-year-old daughter was caught on video chasing other children with a gun. The disturbing video shows a small child running down a sidewalk at the Crawford Village Housing Complex in McKeesport, chasing other children while wielding a handgun. 
This terrifying moment was caught on a home security camera. In the clip, you can see a young girl running down a sidewalk pointing a gun in the air as a group of kids runs away. One of the children can be heard screaming "mommy."Â According to the criminal complaint, 77-year-old Charles Counts is facing charges of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person. Counts is the father of the child. 

"My dad is 77 years old," said the man's son, James Counts. "He has dementia. He's kind of out of touch with reality." James Counts said his father has no idea why he was arrested or why he is the subject of media attention. He calls the situation sad. "It's unfortunate what happened, and I'm glad no one got hurt," the son said. 

According to the criminal complaint, Counts told police that the gun was unloaded and in his drawer. He said his daughter somehow got a hold of it. In another statement to police, the man said he entertains a lot and someone must have left the gun at his apartment. "He loves that little girl more than he loves himself," James Counts said. Charles Counts is set to be released from prison on Friday night after posting bond. Posted by CZ

A Pennsylvania father is seeking answers after his teen son died on Friday night after allegedly being chased by other teens who had come to his home and asked him to play a game of tag, the father told ABC News. Orville Johnson told ABC News that his son, Justin Johnson, had sickle cell disease and he understood that because of his condition, the teen could not run or exert too much energy because it could "cost him his life if he has to do anything like that." "He was so special," Johnson said of his son, who would have turned 17 on Tuesday. "I'd do everything in my life to make sure he can live a good life, and they took him away from me." The Dauphin County coroner ruled Justin Johnson died of natural causes from complications of sickle cell disease, also listing cardiomyopathy as a significant contributor, local ABC affiliate WHTM reported Tuesday. Around 8:20 p.m. on Friday, the16-year-old was at home in Harrisburg, PA, when a group of four teenagers went over to his house. As one of the teens rang the doorbell holding what appears to be a toy gun, another teen called Johnson, asking him to "come outside," home security videos provided to ABC News show. "[Justin] called me and said "Dad, they didn't want to chase nobody but me and I had to run fast, fast away to come home, run away from them and come home," Johnson said. About an hour later, Orville Johnson finished work and called his son, but the calls went unanswered. Upon getting home about 30 minutes later, he noticed his son's phone on the counter. As he stretched to grab the phone, he noticed Justin on his stomach on the ground. Sgt. Autumn Lupey with the Lower Paxton Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Section confirmed to ABC News on Tuesday the department is investigating the incident.
