According to police, the victim told them that his 
39-year-old mother bound his hands and feet,

The victim added that she burned his penis with a

where Jennifer Barnes repeatedly burned the

pick up truck.

One 911 caller said, "There's a truck going down 
Mason Avenue heading east with a baby stroller in
