On December 31, Donald Trump tweeted out his New Year’s message to the public and Star Wars actor Mark Hamill, who also voices the Joker in animated Batman series, is using his take on Gotham's most famous villain to make Donald Trump tweets sound even more nefarious. Hamill first began voicing the Joker for Batman: The Animated Series in 1992, after guest-voicing as another character in an earlier episode.
