A cell phone video has surfaced of an off-duty San Jose police officer struggling with two women, possibly sisters, after a fender-bender.

The officer, who hasnâ€™t been identified, is seen grappling with a woman near a Honda Accord in a parking lot in September. The San Jose Police Department says the struggle began after the womanâ€™s car hit the off-duty officerâ€™s vehicle and drove off.

Shortly after the video begins, the woman says, â€œAll right!â€� and appears to be asking the officer to stop fighting her. The officer tells the man filming the altercation, â€œCall the police! Iâ€™m San Jose PD!â€� The man responds, â€œIâ€™m calling right now.â€� Posted By Abdul

An off-duty deputy from the Rutland County Sheriffâ€™s Office was attacked by a group of about three people on Sunday at the intersection of Caroline Street and Broadway in Saratoga Springs. The Vermont deputy did not comply when asked to drop the weapon several times. When the sheriffâ€™s deputy, who was not in uniform, didnâ€™t drop his weapon, Saratoga Springs officers opened fire. Two off-duty New Orleans police officers brutally beat a Hispanic man they accused of being a â€œfakeâ€� American for wearing camouflage clothing. The 36-year-old Gomez, who described himself as a U.S. native who was raised in Honduras before returning to New Orleans, served in the Louisiana National Guard, but he said the off-duty officers werenâ€™t satisfied with his explanations. Shocking dash cam footage has emerged of a police cruiser rolling over a female suspect after I high-speed car chase in Albuquerque when a cop forgot to brake.
 
A 20 minute car chase ended in June last year when three people in a stolen truck made their way out.
 
The video shows the driver, notorious New Mexico car thief Majestic Howard, going over a median to try and evade police.
 
He later drove the truck in the wrong lane and weaved dangerously. 
 
Police sent Howard's passenger to the hospital. She was not seriously injured nor was she charged with any crime.

New Mexico Police Car Rolls Over A Woman After Cop Forgot To Use Parking Brake!

The Jackson County, Missouri, Prosecutor's Office announced Tuesday that it will not be filing charges in the shooting death of an off-duty Kansas City, Missouri, firefighter at an Independence gas station.
 
Anthony Santi, 41, was off duty on Oct. 6 and was at a convenience store in Independence when witnesses said Santi heard a man disrespect a female cashier inside the store.
 
Santi reportedly stood up for the woman.
 
Police say 23-year-old Ja'von Taylor became agitated and went outside to retrieve a gun from his car. Police say there was a fight between the two men inside the store over the weapon.
 
They also say the woman who was with Taylor at one point gets the gun and then fires the fatal shot killing Santi. Posted By Ghost

Jake Patterson got into a fight not long after he was transferred to a New Mexico prison from Wisconsin. He is known for kidnapping 13-year-old Jayme Closs and killing her parents.

Jake Patterson was transferred to a prison in New Mexico in July. Wisconsin corrections officials had recommended that Patterson be moved due to security concerns because of his case's notoriety. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections refused to even say which prison Patterson would be housed.

Surveillance video from a New Mexico prison shows an inmate confronting Patterson in August. Reportedly, the inmate told Patterson to leave the pod because of what he did to the Closs family. Police officer Bongimpilo Nzuzu Bengu, who allegedly killed JMPD officer Sibusiso Zikalala after a fight outside a nightclub in June, has been released on R5,000 bail.
 
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) said 28-year-old Bengu was arrested by its investigators on Tuesday morning. He appeared in the Johannesburg magistrate's court where he faced charges of murder.
 
Zikalala was shot and killed allegedly by Bengu after an altercation outside a nightclub in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. The incident was caught on video where the two men can be seen having an altercation. 
 
In the video, Zikalala can be seen brandishing a gun and threatening to assault Bengu who is in a vehicle. Zikalala is then seen pulling Bengu out of the car and as the altercation continues, several gunshots can be heard. 
 
Zikalala then falls to the ground.

An FDNY firefighter was knocked unconscious when an air conditioner fell from a window and struck him in the head while he was battling a Brooklyn blaze on Monday morning. 
 
The shocking incident took place outside a home in Bensonhurst and sent the smoke eater from Ladder 172 to the hospital where he was in serious condition, according to FDNY sources. 
 
The firefighter was among 106 members of the FDNY who fought the two-alarm blaze that broke out just before 9 am at a house on 85th Street near 20th Avenue. 
 
Fellow bravest could be seen rushing to the manâ€™s aid, with one screaming, â€œmedic!,â€� according to the footage. 
 
The firefighter was taken to Lutheran Hospital for treatment.

A friend was afraid to go to this store that late by herself since the parking lot around it is a bit sketchy, I live a couple of blocks and was hungry so I decided to accompany her to the store for a bit and look around then leave and check out Carls Jr. I walked back to my car and you can hear me say goodbye and good night. I take off and you can see the car pull out, drive in front of my friend still sitting in the lot then behind me exiting the parking lot. if you look at both angles, you can see he followed me from the get go. The police officer also said my driving was decent given the circumstances. I handled the situation correctly by not stopping and engaging. whatever they threw at me did not damage my vehicle at all. Since the license plates arent clearly visible, APD can not pursue this matter any further. Im just glad I was able to go home safe and sound.
