Owasso Police bodycam shows a dramatic arrest involving a shoplifting suspect, which left two officers injured. Police say the suspect, 26-year-old Michelle Cargile, refused to cooperate and attempted to drive off. She accelerates away and crashes into a structure, causing debris to fall which hits both officers. Moments later officers pull her out of the vehicle and place her under arrest.
