This was a normal Saturday afternoon. I let the dogs out into the fenced-in backyard. They were out there a couple of minutes when I heard the barking of both dogs. I saw a moose calf come trotting from the back side of my home. It was when the dogs got wind of the moose calf that they started barking, I can only assume this startled the calf and made it run through the yard. I was hollering at the dogs when I looked up and saw the mama moose charging from my neighborâ€™s yard over the fence and into my yard. She attacked my Cocker Spaniel Daisy.
