KPRC 2 has learned from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office that the woman died Monday afternoon.
While they previously reported that the incident was related to road rage, officials said the woman, who has been identified as Julie Dela Garza, and her current boyfriend were driving in a truck when an ex-boyfriend, who has been identified as Mann Austin Hayes, began shooting.
