A Texas mom charged in the drowning deaths of her twin daughters was arrested on Mother’s Day and appeared to smile broadly in the video of her arrest. A grand jury indicted Ramirez-Sifuentes on two counts of manslaughter. Her 15-month-old daughters Savannah and Sabrina Russo were found by their mom unresponsive in the bathtub on Feb. 17, according to AP.
