Second Chance: Kodak Black Sentenced To 364 Days In Jail, But Could Be Released In A Month!

Kodak Black, was scheduled to be sentenced Thursday for violating the terms of his house arrest, but a Broward County judge decided to give the rapper a second chance. Kodak had been facing the potential maximum of eight years in state prison, as the Broward state attorney’s office was requesting. Instead, the county judge sentenced him to 364 days in the county jail. The Judge decided that with the completion of a life skills course, the sentence would be shortened to 180 days. When and if that happens, Kodak would also get credit for the total amount of time he’s already spent in jail. Posted By Persist
