When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong: Mother Gets 1 Year In Jail After Her Baby Laughs In The Library!

"A DeKalb County mother is willing to face jail to
prove she didn't deserve to be kicked out of the
Decatur library.A Sept. 13 trial date has been set
for Donnetta Foster, who says police arrested her
in March because her baby was cooing in the
library.

Foster, 20, faces 12 months in jail if convicted
of obstruction of a police officer.

Police say when she left the library, Foster
became irate and began using profanity. She was
charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly
cursing in front of children.

"Ms. Foster was upset because no one would
listen," her attorney, Mawuli Mel Davis told the
Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "Anyone would be
upset."

Davis says Foster will explain why she is prepared
to go to trial and risk a jail sentence at a press
conference Friday at 3 p.m., at his DeKalb County
office on Flat Shoals Pkwy"
