A man barricaded himself in the parking lot of a Rehoboth Cumberland Farms convenience store Thursday while making threats with a Xbox One controller, SWAT officers in full gear with guns drawn surrounded the man who was inside a car parked at the gas station on Winthrop Street. The man, identified as Benjamin Kimball, was not armed, but had a Xbox One controller that he held like a gun to threaten officers. Posted By Persist
