"Christopher Crist claims that he went into a dentist office to get a few painful teeth pulled. When he walked out, he had none.

The 21-year-old Indiana man, who is autistic, told Fox 59 that his mom sent him to Amazing Family Dental in Indianapolis to get three of his teeth removed. But instead of ending the procedure with three pulled teeth, the dentist kept going, Crist says.

"They pulled every last one of them," he told the station. "I am going to look like a freak now."

He says the gruesome operation began after the dentist gave him some pills to ease the pain of the procedure, WTVR reports. His mother had given him strict instructions to ask that three teeth be pulled. It's unclear when the mixup occurred."

Facebook user Courtney Aguilar posted the photo after ordering barbacoa tacos at the popular Pflugerville eater El Rincon. "When you order Barbacoa tacos but get teeth instead," Aguilar wrote in the post, which has since been made private. A North Texas woman woke up from a minor surgery to find her front teeth knocked out. After months of fighting to get the hospitalâ€™s insurance company to pay for the repairs, Gail Tapp called Cristin Severance for Consumer Justice. Tapp said doctors at USMD Hospital in Fort Worth told her husband they had accidentally knocked out three teeth while removing her breathing tube after routine bladder surgery. Her husband, Manuel Dominguez, said he was handed a small box with the teeth inside as doctors assured him the hospital would cover the cost of the dental work. Because Tapp had a permanent bridge, that work cost close to $15,000. Her dental insurance covered a small part of it but the couple said they paid for most of the bill. Ashley Corbett, 17, said she was an innocent 
bystander who wound up in the emergency room. 
Pictures show how her teeth were shattered and her 
chin sliced.

“I had nothing to do with it,” Corbett said.

“She can't eat, miserable, in pain,” Gail Dudley, 
the girl’s mother, said.

Witnesses said a woman walked into the nail salon 
and became upset because of pricing. They said for 
half an hour or more she cursed at workers and at
