Arely was found dead on the church altar after she fought for 20 hours as her mother, uncle and grandfather performed an exorcism on her to cast out a "demon." The video below was posted by her mom on YouTube months after the killing, appearing to enjoy the spotlight. The girl reportedly told her mother "I love you" as she was getting tortured. "Over the course of approximately twenty hours… Arely Doe fought for her life as three trusted adults forcibly grabbed her by the neck. While this assault was ongoing," said Deputy District Attorney Rebekah Wise. "Arely struggled to escape from her abusers. The victim repeatedly said 'No!'" Arely's mother allegedly put her fingers down her throat and held her in a "superman" position above the floor. After Arely vomited, she was put on the floor and she stopped breathing. The death happened at Iglesia Apostoles y Profetas, in downtown San Jose, California. Judge Hanley Chew has yet to decide if the district attorney has enough evidence for the case. Alligator escapes apartment and falls from balcony more than 20-storeys up.
CCTV footage shows a one-metre-long gator plummeting from a high-rise building in Shenzhen, southern China, on Monday.
Miraculously, its fall was broken by a shop's canopy meaning it was able to survive his leap-of-faith.
The store owners recounted hearing a loud noise and rushed outside, only to be taken aback by the sight of a live alligator lying in front of them.
Police were able to locate the alligator's owner, Mr Liu, who told them he was secretly keeping the alligator as a pet for over a decade - and was intended for consumption.
But it is still not known how the alligator was able to escape the flat as no one was home at the time.
Mr Liu expressed his apologies to the neighbours for the fright caused by the unexpected incident. 
The building's management is now looking for any other potentially dangerous animals being kept within the premises. Posted by PSmooth

Thousands of dollars gone in seconds after two ATMs were broken into in Shelbyville. 
 
Shelbyville police said that on Saturday, Oct. 9, just after 5 a.m., a machine belonging to Commonwealth Credit Union on Boone Station Road was busted open. 
 
According to police, two masked men pulled up in a stolen truck. Then, using tow straps and hooks, they pulled the ATM machine open and started grabbing cash. Police said after that, they ditched the truck and left. 
 
Sgt. Kelly Cable said detectives assume the culprits got away in a getaway car. 
 
Days later, a repeat crime -- that was caught on video shown in the player above -- happened in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Oct. 12. Police said it was 1:30 a.m. and a Commonwealth Bank ATM was broken into on Mt. Eden Road -- the same way. 
 
According to police, the first machine was holding about $80,000. It's unclear how much was in the other. 
 
Since the crimes are so similar, police believe they are connected, but are still investigating. Posted by JR
