A baby shark with a human face baffled fisherman after it was caught off the coast of Indonesia. The mutant creature was landed by Abdullah Nuren, 48, after he set off from Rote Ndao in East Nusa Tenggara, on Sunday February 21. He said he pulled in an adult shark and when cut open its stomach, there were three pups inside. One of them had a distinctive appearance with two large round eyes underneath its nose like the Baby Shark cartoon character.

While riding at Whistler Bike Park on August 18th, 2021, it seemed like a normal day for Tony, and his buddies Matt and Jake. The trio had just eaten lunch at Longhorn, and this was their first lap after lunch. They decided to hit the Freight Train trail, but Tony went over the bars before even reaching the Container.
 
He was immediately airlifted to VGH, and underwent emergency surgery on his badly fractured spine. Tony's neck was broken at C2, his back at T4, rendering him a paraplegic for the rest of his life. He also broke all of his ribs, scapula, and sternum from the GoPro mount.
 
Tony was quoted as saying:
 
"I have no regrets- I was having an awesome run right up to the crash and I would do it all over again. Special thanks to my friends Jake Denison and Matt Bush for calling Whistler Bike Patrol swiftly and saving my life that day. I love you boys. " A Middle Township Elementary School teacher in South Jersey is facing charges after she allegedly had a child with a student she's accused of sexually assaulting inside her home several years ago.
Laura Caron, 34, of Cape May Court House, was arrested on Wednesday on charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The alleged crimes happened between 2016 and 2020 at the suspect's home in Cape May Court House. Authorities say the victim was 13 years old and living with then-28-year-old Caron when their child was born in 2019. Laura Caron, 34, of Cape May Court House, was arrested on Wednesday on charges of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The case was brought to light when the victim's father made a social media post in December 2024 saying Caron's 5-year-old child looked very similar to him and his son, according to investigators.
Authorities say Caron taught the victim and his brother in the 5th grade.
Over the years, the parents of the victim said the family became friends with Caron, which ultimately led to them even allowing their boys and daughter to stay at Caron's home at times. The visits began one to two nights a week, but the children stayed with Caron permanently from 2016 to 2020, authorities revealed in court documents.
During her first appearance hearing, the judge identified Caron as a "resource family parent" for the children.
The victim's sister, who stayed at Caron's home at one point, allegedly told police she thought her brother was about 11 years old when he started sleeping with his teacher in the same bed. According to the criminal complaint, the sister revealed the children would sleep in a shared room on the second floor, but noticed her brother would be in Caron's bed the next morning.
