"Minister of State and Member of Parliament for Wa Central Rashid Pelpuo has condemned American R&B star Chris Brown for allegedly smoking in public.
He said the act was appalling and unacceptable and Brown must be cautioned or arrested for it.
His comments come shortly after the “With you†hit singer allegedly smoked on stage, substances said to be 'wee' during the Hope City Concert financed by rlg.
The act has been condemned by civil society organisations and some music fans.
Rashid Pelpuo who was speaking on MultiTV said the act offends the country’s laws and Brown must be brought to book.
“This is appalling. It is unacceptable. In Ghana we have laws and one of the laws is to ban drugs be it marijuana, ganja, weed or whatever it is being called.
