The woman went to a Staten Island Popeyes to order the $4 Wicked Good Deal earlier this month. The meal includes four Wicked Chicken strips, a side, a buttermilk biscuit and dipping sauce, but no soft drink. When the woman asked about the drink, an employee says that staff members tried to explain that the meal did not come with a drink and suggested that she was confusing the Popeye’s deal with similar deal that does come with a drink at another fast-food chain.
