A man suspected of killing two people, including an off-duty police officer is threatening to jump off a New Orleans Bridge. Louisiana State Police said a SWAT team and crisis negotiators were at the scene, “communicating with the suicidal individual. Holt is a person of interest in the shooting death of Officer Michael Louviere, 26, of Westwego, authorities said.
