A suspect accusing of injuring a man with a rock was caught by the seat of his pants, literally. The suspect was wanted for throwing a rock at a random couple he didn't know, hitting a man in the head and causing a bloody wound. Police didn't have a hard time taking the suspect into custody. Officers with a K9 caught up to him and cornered him on the other side of a metal fence in a residential neighborhood.
