Listen my 16 year old brother was followed and harassed outside of our house today after school. i came home to 5 cop cars behind my house and my brother in handcuffs. I was repeatedly assaulted- pushed and verbally threatened- by the Lieutenant pictured below. There were a number of other officers there who stood by and did NOTHING.
