A quad bike rider has been charged with attempted murder after ramming a police officer on a motorbike off the road. Cops attempted to stop the biker after discovering him riding erratically on a public road. Swerving from one side of the road to the other, the quad bike is seen being trailed by a police van. Two motorbike-riding police officers then approach the quad bike from behind.
