SMH: Florida Teens Laugh And Joke While Disabled Man Drowns!

The five teens can be heard mocking Jamel Dunn, 32, who is disabled. He screams begging for help as they watch him struggle and ultimately fall under the water. When Dunn doesn’t resurface the teens continue to joke about him. No one called 911 nor did they rush to help.
