A funeral was held for Rosa Isabel CÃ©spedes Callaca of Chiclayo, Peru following a tragic car crash that killed her brother-in-law and severely injured her three children. During the funeral though, Callaca apparently began banging on the inside of her coffin, causing quite a scene. Cemetery administrator Juan Segundo Cajo opened the casket and confirmed that Callaca had opened her eyes and was breathing. Normally, when an angry Dunkin' Donuts customer marches into a store, things can only go poorly. But one riled-up customer in a Port St. Lucy Dunkin' realized she had met her match when she came face to face with the location's assistant manager, whose calm smile and cutting words were enough to dissuade the would-be trouble maker. 

The issue began when the assistant manager "slammed" the drive-through window in the customer's face, prompting her to enter the store and demand to speak to the manager. 

"What are you gunna do, I am the manager," the Dunkin' worker told her. "Actually she's the manager, I'm the assistant." 

After a quick exchange, the woman had no choice but to go sulk in the corner. 

"I'm glad you backed up," the Dunkin' assistant manager said. "Very smart."

Dunkin' Donuts Employee Matches Angry Customer's Temper And Wins!

On the evening of September 7, 2021, Officer Sutton responded to a call in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival, he met the caller who stated she was being followed by a friend. She explained that the suspect had a history of contacting her despite her requests to stop. Earlier that day, she told Officer Sutton that the suspect had called her and admitted to following her all day using a GPS tracker he had placed on her vehicle. He had said he felt bad about it and wished to remove the tracker. He had asked her to meet him at a gas station. At that point, she had called 911. 

While Officer Sutton searched the vehicle for the tracker, Officer Nguyen located the suspect at the gas station and placed him under arrest once the GPS tracker had been located. The suspect was charged with Unlawful Surveillance (felony) and Stalking (misdemeanor). He spent a week in jail before being released on a $11,000 surety bond.

In January 2024, 17-year-old Ikea Imari Hood, a junior at Lancaster High School and member of the Tigerette Drill Team, was tragically shot and killed in her Southeast Oak Cliff home in Dallas, Texas. Just three weeks prior, she had given birth to a baby girl. Authorities arrested her on-again-off-again boyfriend, 17-year-old Trevon Darnell Wright, in connection with her death. 


According to the arrest affidavit, Hood had recently discovered that Wright was not the biological father of her newborn and intended to inform him on the day of the incident. Hood's mother reported hearing a loud noise from her daughter's room, and upon investigation, found Hood with a fatal gunshot wound and Wright absent from the scene. 


Following his arrest by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, Wright was charged with first-degree murder. In January 2025, after a trial that included emotional testimonies from Hood's family, Wright was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison.
