On January 1st, 2023, officers responded to a call regarding a reckless driver failing to maintain a single lane. Upon their arrival, they made contact with the suspect, Tammy Walther, better known by0 her adult-film name, Ainsley Adams.

Walther quickly admitted to officers her license had been suspended at the time of the interaction. She noticeably also was only wearing a top and her underwear during the traffic stop. Once officers asked whether she had additional clothing to put on, she instantly became agitated and acting erratically around officers.

After placer her under arrest, Walther became combative and refused to comply with the officers commands. This continued until she was placed in the restraint chair by jail staff. "Two Chicago brothers have been charged in a weekend shooting during a traffic stop that left one police officer dead and another seriously wounded, the Chicago Police Department announced in a Monday press release.
 
Emonte Morgan, 21, is charged with first-degree murder in Saturdayâ€™s fatal shooting of 29-year-old officer Ella French, as well as attempted murder and other charges. Eric Morgan, 22, faces charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and obstruction of justice.

They and a woman were in a vehicle stopped by police on Chicagoâ€™s South Side Saturday night when gunfire erupted. The one-page release offered no details about why the vehicle was stopped or what unfolded before the shooting started.
