In the now-viral video, landlord Lisa Anderson - who also goes by the name Elizaveta Andersen - suddenly drops to the floor during a confrontation with tenant Vontese Wines. The tense ordeal reportedly began when Andersen got upset that Wines did not pay her rent earlier than its due date.
